Mary Boyle – The Untold Story is an award-winning documentary about Ireland’s longest and youngest missing person. Gemma O’Doherty is a multi award-winning investigative journalist. She is best known for her work on the Fr Niall Molloy murder, which has been described in Leinster House as the biggest cover up in the history of the Irish state. She is now a documentary maker specialising in exposing corruption in the criminal justice system.
The panel discussion afterwards looks at how women and girls have been seen as disposable by the Irish state and how those who speak out have been silenced, dismissed or discredited.
